Good coffee fast friendly service

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here. My cappuccino didn't taste good at all and unfortunately no milk foam. For a proud price of € 3.70 you only attract the elderly or tourists who have no idea and only come once. The prices should be overlooked and not simply cashed in because of the central location. The drinks menu is attached. Make your own picture. To charge € 6.50 for tea alone (a bit of hot-boiled water) is not acceptable. No matter how luxurious a location may be. There is one star for the nice location inside and one star for the nice staff

It's a very elegant café, however, the menu is strangely incomplete. The waffles are very good and they have a good selection of cakes and pies.

Hello, To be honest, I would give zero stars if that were possible. I was there with my girlfriend. She ordered gnocchi filled with arugula (that's what it says on the menu). I ordered spaghetti aglio e olio without peroncini (as it was on the menu). Disappointment came with the meal. In the gnocchi there was mozzarella, which we only got to know when asked because it didn't taste like anything. It wasn't on the map that way. My girlfriend is vegan. If it had been correct on the card, she would not have ordered it. The spaghetti contained olives that were not on the menu. Since I'm allergic to olives, I couldn't eat my food either. When we pointed this out, there was no excuse or alternative. But on the contrary. The eyes were rolled and cheekily said that it would have to be canceled. As if that wasn't enough, the invoice came without a comment. We felt thrown out. Never, really NEVER again, I will go there again. AND AT PRICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast was wonderful. Homemade bread and fresh scrambled eggs. I will gladly come again

We were here for breakfast. The offer is good and still ok for the city center. The service was very friendly. Special requests were fulfilled without problems. We will be back.

It is a very nice place with good ice cream and drinks. The seating area outside is nice and big and cozy. The restaurant is also close to a parking garage.

The performance-price ratio is not correct at all. Coffee doesn't taste good, much too bitter, too cheap coffee and heavily roasted. Cake, Sachertorte also not good, much too hard and too powerful. 2 coffee and 2 pieces of cake for 21 euros. That is not true at all !!

It is a bit on the expensive side. Some of the staff was a bit rude, but others were really nice.

I stayed here for breakfast with my daughter over the weekend. The food was great. Quality and prices are right. The quality is first class. The boss and wait staff were super friendly. Chef is personal to every guest. I can therefore not understand some reviews here. We now know where to have breakfast in Frankfurt when we are back :)

Awesome place...

Completely overpriced (milk coffee and cake € 9) for completely normal quality. More bar than café atmosphere. Service and boss very hectic, we were forced to drink and go quickly. Not recommendable.

Lovely place, good food, good service, right price. Good location, great place to eat if you are downtown.

Just tried the coffee there, so the review is only for that. Was pretty terrible. For the coffee lovers, it's a very bad standard.

Enjoy your meal. Service was a bit "schusslig": eggs in the glass, instead of scrambled eggs. Ordered scrambled eggs with bacon, got fried eggs with bacon. O juice without pulp ordered (ie the one from the bag), but freshly pressed preserved. But tasted allesallem everything very well.

Great salads. Good size an variety of ingredients.

Interntional, sunny, quiet despite city center

Nice café for a Sunday breakfast, good quality, fresh, nice atmosphere... Just lacks a bit of vegetarian options in the breakfast menu

Breakfast options are not so good, especially vegetarian. Whole place is a bit pricy for the basic food they are offering. The worst is the slow and inattentive service, was waiting for someone to show up for 10 min, then saw the waitress smoking nearby and totally ignoring me. I got up and left.

Coffee disappointing. The foam for cafe latte (latte macchiato in Germany/Italy) is poorly made by a machine. Tastes like cheap vending machine coffee but is expensive.

I must say that the cakes were very good and the cappuccino too. However, the price seemed excessive to me. Above all, that they charge us € 4.70 for a glass of hot milk and a tea bag, because we asked for an American tea and since they didn't have it on the menu they brought it and charged like that (an English tea + a glass of milk). The presentation of the dishes was careful and the attention was better than correct. It is well located and the terrace is very nice.

Service is quick and staff was helpful translating the German menu to English for us. Ate scrambled eggs which were very tasty

Super tasty, uncomplicated and fast, good coffee, friendly and attentive service. This café will certainly not win any award for its ambience, but those who like it simple and uncomplicated will feel very comfortable here. Good coffee and easy to walk to from the Zeil
